Yes, it’s safe to be placed outdoors as long as it’s in an area where the temperature is between 10 degrees and no more than 40 degrees celsius. We also recommend installing it in an area that is covered over the top to prevent sun damage.

The Valiryo Body Dryer is made of thick ABS plastic and contains a layer of Polymethyl Methacrylate (PPMA) which makes it scratch resistant and able to withstand bumps and knocks.

If you purchase a Valiryo Body Dryer and have a change of mind in the first 7 days, you can return the unit for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and less delivery charges, provided the unit is returned in the same brand-new condition it was sent. The box must not be opened and seals not broken. After the distributor has evaluated the unit and is satisfied with the condition, the refund will be processed.
The Valiryo body Dryer comes with 2 years manufacturer’s return to base limited warranty. This warranty covers parts and labour for the first year and parts only for the second year.
If the unit is DOA (dead on arrival) or faulty due to a manufacturing fault within the first 7 days, the customer is entitled to a new replacement. After 7 days the unit will be repaired and returned to the customer.
Yes, we have 2 support options available, either return to our Sydney Head Office for investigation and quote on repair, or we can send a technician to your location. Note this will incur an additional onsite fee on top of the fee quoted to repair the unit, and subject to availability depending on your location.
